Portfolio of Works

My abstract art is intuitive, I'm usually inspired by beautiful color combinations.  When you look into the night sky there is often a blue background and orange around the sunset.  It's really no surprise that art duplicates nature in dealing with color harmony and complements.

Many times I overhear people viewing my work remark that my color use is inventive and unique.  It is my hope that my colors inspire and bring mood and emotion into the viewer's experience.  I just love to hear comments, both positive and otherwise, as that means the painting is evoking some reaction and engagement.

Non-objective abstract does not have a subject matter to hide behind.  It must convey harmony, discord, pain, joy, love, tension, anxiety, or just an experience like surviving a flood without the benefit of a concrete form.  Use your imagination, what are you drawn to in my paintings?  I would love a message or email from you, sign up for my Collectors List and drop me a line.

Paintings that are sold will ship within 3 days and will include a special small gift from me.  Shipping within the Continental US is free for unframed paintings.  There is cost-only shipping for pre-framed or pre-mounted paintings.  In order to view one of these beautiful paintings in your home, click on the virtual room in the paintings' description.  To purchase, click on contact the artist about this painting.  Thank you so much for visiting my site.  I hope you enjoy the experience.
